Description of the Flag

The logo (and thus the flag?) is dark blue with circular lettering reading in lower case golden serif "servico ba desenvolvemento" (Tetum for "service for development"), from 8 to 4 o’clock, and in capitals "TRABALHISTA" (Portuguese for "Labour"). In side the lettering, a traditional sailing ship, golden, above a map of East Timor, brown, all partially encircled by a branch of (what?), with 30 alternating leaves, arching from 7 to 4 o’clock.
